Scholarship Details and Eligibility Requirements
The Department of Collegiate Education, Government of Karnataka, has announced the Prathibha Puraskara (UG & PG) Scholarship for the year 2024. This scholarship is aimed at providing financial assistance to meritorious students in undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the state of Karnataka.
The scholarship is open to students who have scored a minimum of 75% marks in their previous qualifying examination and whose annual family income does not exceed ₹2.5 lakhs. Only students who are permanent residents of Karnataka are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
The selected students will receive a scholarship of ₹3,000 per month for a period of 10 months in a year for undergraduate courses and ₹5,000 per month for a period of 10 months in a year for postgraduate courses. The scholarship amount will be directly transferred to the bank account of the selected students.
