In order to accommodate the more than 11,000 candidates who were expected to appear in the fourth round of the exam, the CUET-UG has been postponed to August 30.

3.72 lakh candidates were expected to show up for the fourth phase of the Central Universities Entrance Test-Undergraduate, which was due to take place from August 17–20.

The exam will be completed in its entirety on August 28. This was previously confirmed by the National Testing Agency (NTA), which is in charge of administering the test.

Over 11,000 of the 3.72 lakh applicants who were scheduled to take the exam have had it moved to August 30 to allow for their preferred city to host the exam. In addition to taking steps to ensure that the centers’ quality is improved, NTA has raised the capacity at centers and introduced more exam centers, according to UGC Chairman Jagadesh Kumar.
